Dungan, Meares and Webb has continuously served individual’s legal needs in East Tennessee since 1990. The firm maintains offices at 307 and 309 College Street, one block from the front door of the Blount County Courthouse.

The firm started from an association in 1989 between Charles Dungan and Mike Meares and their successful pro bono defense of a citizen accused of first degree murder. Over the years the firm expanded to the general practice of law emphasizing personal injury litigation. In 2007 the firm expanded to associate Laura Jane Webb, Esquire. Laura brought years of experience in family law to the firm.

The firm now provides a wide range of legal services from plaintiff’s personal injury claims to family law and from Wills and probate practice back to the firm’s roots in the defense of individual citizens accused of a crime.
